About Blue Porter: 

Blue Porter is a Philadelphia born, New York–based artist and producer whose work bridges the worlds of healing and high-level musicianship. Performing as the visionary behind the band You and Us. As a singer/songwriter Porter has produced in collaboration with legendary guitarist Luther Dickinson (North Mississippi Allstars, Black Crowes), alongside Wyndham Garnett (Elvis Perkins in Dearland, Diamond Doves, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah) drummer Marco Giovino (Band of Joy, Robert Plant, John Cale), as well Grammy winning producer Kenny Seigel (Langhorne Slim, Lucky Diaz and the Family Jam Band, The Wiyos), and more top talent.

With this upcoming EP, Signs of Love, produced by Emanuel Casablanca (latest releases It’s Getting Strange, Jubilee) in New York, Porter is grateful for the Blues debut — and with what better tribute to community than love.

As an Arts Psychotherapist, Porter directed child therapy in the days following the Sandy Hook School tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut.
